Competition formula
Individual competition:
FIE Junior World Cup formula.
Team competition:
It will be NATIONAL TEAMS competition. Each country can have max 2 teams in each weapon. Estonia like host nation can have max 3 teams.
Formula: 5 teams or less: Round competition. 6 teams or more: One round of pools, direct elimination with 3rd place match.
Seeding before the pools
Individual competition: According to the FIE senior ranking.
Team competition: According to the 29.08.2009 individual places.

The last day of entry is August 22, 2009.
Entry of the teams is August 29, 2009 at 07:30 – 14:00
Entry fee
Individual competition – 20 EUR/fencer
Team competition – 40 EUR/team
Referees
According to the following conditions:
1 – 4 fencers (both men and women) = 0 referees
5 – 8 fencers = 1 referee
9 – 12 fencers = 2 referees
13 – 16 fencers = 3 referees
17 – 20 fencers = 4 referees
Etc.
For the each absent referee penalty fee 150 EUR per referee must be paid by federation before the
individual competition.
Equipment
According to the FIE rules:
Fencing suit and plastron: 800N, FIE
Mask 1600N, FIE
Maraging blades are MANDATORY.
There will be mask control before the start of individual competition.
Accommodation
All information about accommodation will be send to the federations before June 22, 2009
